2008 Summer Tournament schedule Now online!

SP Lax Club’s summer tournament season runs from June through the second weekend of July. The 2008 summer tournament fee now includes the player’s participation in all of the summer tournaments in which their team is registered. Attendance at practices and tournaments during the summer season is expected of every player. We ask parents and players to schedule vacations around the tournaments and practices. Please remember that your commitment level affects the entire team.

SP Lax Club also participates in fall tournaments.
Players interested in playing should contact their coaches.
Fall tournament participation is optional.

SP Lax Club focuses on college recruiting tournaments.

Many of the tournaments are associated with the Independent Lacrosse Club organization. Teams include HEROS, ROME, SEPA, Future Elite, NEMS, SPLax, NBC, CheckHers, STEPS and others. This group of clubs is
committed to sponsoring tournaments that have fewer
teams playing longer games, on full-sized fields. The goal
is to provide the players with more time on the field and the college coaches with a better quality recruiting experience.

Some of the tournaments we have participated in include: Champion's Cup, All American Showcase, Capital Cup, Club National Championship, Rivalry Challenge, Spring Independent Play Day, Top of the Bay Jr. & Sr. Showcases, Charm City Classic, Gatorfest, Upper Atlantic Tournament, Fall Independent Play Day, Top of the Bay Fall Showcase, Loyola 5V5, JHU 5V5, and UMD 3V3.
